What should I do before starting a FITZ program?
Make sure you’ve read the information on both FITZ and FITZ POWER and choose the program that best suits your goals, fitness level and access to equipment. As with all physical activity, it’s important to consult your physician and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical condition, or are taking any medication.
How old do I need to be?
FITZ is suitable for all-ages because it’s a complete body-weight program, meaning there is no gym equipment. In addition, parents should consult their child’s medical provider and if your child experiences any pain or discomfort, discontinue workouts immediately.
FITZ POWER is a physically demanding program which utilises weight training and is designed for those at least 16 years of age and older. In any circumstance, we encourage parents to take extra consideration and carefully monitor their child’s progress through the program. Parents should try the program before their child begins, assess their child’s fitness ability and made an educated decision. In addition, parents should consult their child’s medical provider and if your child experiences any pain or discomfort, discontinue workouts immediately.
Will the TLS programs help to improve my surfing?
Surfing requires specialises skills in cardio endurance, core stability, balance and flexibility. These things are also the core ingredients for a functioning and strong body, the same principles which TLS has been built on. The program will not help technique or water confidence, but will prepare you physically for surfing.
What equipment do I need for FITZ?
FITZ is best completed with a skipping rope, although the program can be completely equipment free by substituting air skips. A mat to workout on is optional, but recommended.
What equipment do I need for FITZ POWER?
For FITZ POWER, you’ll need access to equipment found in most standard gyms. Equipment used at different stages of the program include: dumbbells, barbells, weights, med ball, bosu ball, overhead horizontal bar, fit ball, spin bike, rower, treadmill, TRX, kettlebell, cable machine, bench.
Why does the screen change colour?
Your screen changes colour to indicate the level of intensity, or effort, you need to be putting into that particular exercise.
Can I repeat the workouts?
We don’t recommend multiple sessions as quality trumps quantity in the long run. The best gains come with intense sessions, adequate recovery and great nutrition. Having said that, a mobility session is a great addition to any training day.
What is the workout schedule and do I have to complete all of them?
Workouts per week vary from 3 to 6, depending at what point you are through the program. You need to complete all workouts for the week, for the following sessions to unlock.
Why can’t I see my whole program?
You can only see two weeks of the program at a time because the programs have been designed to provide progressive fitness improvement. You’ll see consistent results by following each week’s workouts as you build your strength and fitness.
What if I’m missing equipment?
If you’re missing equipment refer to descriptions where alternatives have been provided, or get creative and improvise with what’s available to you.
How long is each workout?
FITZ workouts vary between 25 and 35 minutes, including warm ups, main sets and cool downs. FITZ POWER sessions are between 20 and 40 minutes.

How much does the program cost?
The program costs $4.61 per week, billed at $19.99 each month. Membership purchased through the website are in AUD, and where in-app purchase is available, your transaction will be completed in USD.
Do I need a gym membership?
Although we recommend you use and can be completed anywhere. FITZ POWER is best used with access to equipment common in most gyms.
How can I opt out?

Where are my Dream Dollars stored?
Your Dream Dollars are tallied in your (cut: AABB) profile page.
How are they calculated?
Points are only awarded on workout completion – so if a workout is started but not completed no points will be recorded. Your points are displayed at the end of the workout and total cumulative points in the profile.
What milestones should I be aiming for?
Your first milestone is 12,000 points and you’ll donate a skipping rope to the SF Foundation. Following that your next milestone is 25,000 points.
Who will the skipping rope be donated to?
The SF Foundation will be donating ropes and awesome activities to kids from all around the world. The more you workout, the more kids we can get skipping and sharing the positivity of fitness.
